FC Bayern Erlebniswelt and Arena Tours: General Information

Immerse yourself in the world of professional football at the Allianz Arena. Join us on one of the range of stadium tours operated by Arena One and discover one of the world’s finest stadiums for yourself. Our tours offer both individual visitors and groups a fascinating and comprehensive introduction to the Allianz Arena. The Allianz Arena is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm except on home matchdays and during events. Guided tours take place daily, including Sundays and national holidays, but excluding Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and TSV 1860 München home matchdays. On FC Bayern Munich home matchdays we offer a specially designed Matchday Tour combined with a visit to the FC Bayern Erlebniswelt.

Please note: Visitors requiring barrier-free access may use the elevators at access ramp L marked "Lift FC Bayern Erlebniswelt / Arena Touren", which will take you to the foyer of the Erlebniswelt on Level 3. Please also note the following additional information in this regard.

  • Pushchairs and strollers are not permitted on Tours.
  • Please note that the itinerary for Combi Tours & Arena Tours is not barrier free. We offer a specially adapted Disabled Tour for mobility impaired persons and wheelchair users.
  • Guided tours take place daily, including Sundays and national holidays but excluding Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, TSV 1860 München home matchdays and during events. On FC Bayern Munich home matchdays we offer a specially designed Matchday Tour combined with a visit to the FC Bayern Erlebniswelt. The Matchday Tour is only available to persons in possession of a valid ticket for the match taking place that day.
  • On the day before a Champions League match, the last tour starts at approximately 2 pm.
  • In exceptional circumstances, some areas of the Arena on the standard tour route may be out of bounds for safety or operational reasons.
  • The tour involves a considerable amount of walking and use of stairways. Please choose appropriate footwear!
  • The use of photographic, video and audio recording equipment for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
  • We offer a limited and short-term luggage deposit facility in the wardrobe area at the FC Bayern Erlebniswelt.
  • The stadium by-laws and house rules apply
  • The FC Bayern München AG and Arena One GmbH General Terms & Conditions (AGBs) for the purchase of tickets to the FC Bayern Erlebniswelt / Arena Tours apply.
  • Please be at the waiting area/Meeting Point at the Hacker Pschorr Fantreff with your valid ticket 15 minutes before your tour starts.
  • Individual visitors may purchase tickets online in advance to avoid long waiting times. To purchase tickets online, select your tour and follow the corresponding link.

How to get here/Parking/Payment

  • Address:

  • By public transport:
    Take the S-Bahn from Munich Main Station or Munich East Station to Marienplatz, a central transfer hub. From there take the U6 underground line (in the direction of Garching-Hochbrück) to Fröttmaning. The travel time from Marienplatz to Fröttmanning is approximately 16 minutes. Then walk to the stadium via the Esplanade, pass through the turnstiles at the south main entrance (Haupteingang Süd) and follow signs to FC Bayern Erlebniswelt / Arena Touren. The walk takes 10-15 minutes.
  • By private car and tour bus:
    Please follow the traffic management signs and use the Busparkplatz Mitte parking lot. Pass through the turnstiles at the north entrance (Eingang Nord), follow the ramp on the left up to Level 2, and follow signs to FC Bayern Erlebniswelt / Arena Touren. The walk takes 7-10 minutes.
  • For wheelchair users, and visitors with pushchairs/strollers:
    There are barrier-free routes:
    - from the underground station to the Arena. Lifts and escalators are available at the south end of the platform
    - from the Mitte/Nord coach park
    - from the Esplanade via the Promenade on Level 2
    Take the elevator marked ‘Lift FC Bayern Erlebniswelt/ Arena Touren’ up to Level 3, for the Erlebniswelt foyer and the Hacker-Pschorr FanTreff. The Erlebniswelt itself and the whole of Level 3 are barrier-free.
    The exit for wheelchair users and visitors with pushchairs/strollers is the elevator in the FC Bayern Megastore to Level 2. Please also note the important information listed above.
  • Parking on non-matchdays:
    First 45 minutes free of charge
    Cars, vans, motor homes: €5/day
    Coaches/tour buses: €15/day
    Camper vans / RVs: €10/night
  • Opening hours:
    Open 24/7, automated payment via pay machine.
    Please note that camper vans / RVs may not be parked on the day prior to a matchday and the matchday itself.
  • Payment:
    The pay machine is located at the entrance/exit, adjacent to the turnstiles. Payment in cash only.
