FC Bayern Erlebniswelt and Arena Tours: General Information

Professional guided tours are organised and operated by the Allianz Arena’s event service partner, Munich-based Arena One GmbH. Our tours offer both individual visitors and groups a fascinating and comprehensive introduction to the world's finest football stadium. Guided tours take place daily, including Sundays and national holidays (except Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day), except on home match days and during events.

Tickets for individual visitors

Individual visitors may purchase tickets for Arena Tours and the FC Bayern Erlebniswelt in the Erlebniswelt foyer on Level 3.

Wheelchair users and visitors with pushchairs should use the elevators marked "Lift FC Bayern Erlebniswelt/ Arena Touren", which will take you to the foyer of the Erlebniswelt on Level 3.

German language: 11.00 AM | 1.00 PM | 3.00 PM | 4.30 PM
English language: 1.00 PM

Additional tours will be provided if there is sufficient demand. Please purchase tickets for the last non-group tour in good time (i.e. well before the tour begins).

  • Please be at the waiting area/Meeting Point at the Hacker Pschorr Fantreff 15 minutes before your tour starts.

Tickets for groups (11 persons or more)

Group tours (11 persons or more) must be booked in advance either by contacting our service team on Tel. +49 (0) 89 699 31-222, or using the online booking form. Click here to access the online booking form for groups.

Starting times:
Group tours are operated from 09.30 AM until 04.30 PM.
Please state your preferred starting time when booking.

  • Please be at the waiting area/Meeting Point at the Hacker Pschorr Fantreff 30 minutes before your tour starts.

Outside normal operating hours, we will only guide visitors around the Allianz Arena in exceptional circumstances (one-off events, VIPs, specific requests from small groups with special requirements etc.). A surcharge of 50% of the normal price will be applied. An additional (flood)lighting charge may apply.

Additional information

  • Guided tours take place daily, including Sundays and national holidays (except Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day), except on home match days and during events.
  • On the day prior to a Champions League match, the last tour starts at approximately 2 PM.
  • In exceptional circumstances, some areas of the Arena on the standard tour route may be out of bounds for safety or operational reasons.
  • The tour involves a considerable amount of walking and use of stairways. Please choose appropriate footwear!
  • Pushchairs and strollers are not permitted.
  • Animals may not be brought into the Arena.
  • The use of photographic, video and audio recording equipment for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden.
  • The Arena One GmbH General Terms & Conditions and the Arena München Stadion GmbH stadium regulations apply.

By public transport:
Take the S-Bahn from Munich Main Station or Munich East Station to Marienplatz, a central transfer hub. From there take the U6 underground line (in the direction of Garching-Hochbrück) to Fröttmaning. The travel time from Marienplatz to Fröttmanning is approximately 16 minutes. Then walk to the stadium via the Esplanade, pass through the turnstiles at the south main entrance (Haupteingang Süd) and follow signs to FC Bayern Erlebniswelt/ Arena Touren. The walk takes 10-15 minutes.

By private car and tour bus:
On non-match days, visitors to the FC Bayern Erlebniswelt and the Allianz Arena may park in the Nord coach park.
Pass through the turnstiles at the north entrance (Eingang Nord), follow the ramp on the left up to Level 2, and follow signs to FC Bayern Erlebniswelt/ Arena Touren. The walk takes 7-10 minutes.

For wheelchair users, and visitors with pushchairs/strollers:
There are barrier-free routes:
- from the underground station to the Arena. Lifts and escalators are available at the south end of the platform
- from the Mitte/Nord coach park
- from the Esplanade via the Promenade on Level 2
Take the elevator marked ‘Lift FC Bayern Erlebniswelt/ Arena Touren’ up to Level 3, for the Erlebniswelt foyer and the Hacker-Pschorr FanTreff. The Erlebniswelt itself and the whole of Level 3 are barrier-free.
The exit for wheelchair users, and visitors with pushchairs/strollers is the elevator in the FC Bayern Megastore to Level 2.

Parking (non-match days)

Parking fees on non-match days:
  • First 45 minutes free of charge
  • Cars, vans, motor homes: €5/day
  • Coaches/tour buses: €15/day
  • Camper vans / RVs: €10/night

Opening hours:
Open 24/7, automated payment via pay machine.

Payment:
The pay machine is located at the entrance/exit, adjacent to the turnstiles. Payment in cash only.
