Our tours can also have unexpected endings; we’ve had people deciding to pop the question on the tour.

General information regarding gift vouchers for the Arena FAN & VIP Tour:

• The Arena Tour takes place daily, except on match days.
• The Arena VIP Tour takes place on the dates and times indicated on the respective page. VIP tours do not take place on match days.
• You can only take part in an Arena VIP Tour after prior reservation via the online formula. If no such reservation was made, you cannot participate in the Arena VIP Tour.

Important: Please exchange your gift voucher for a valid Arena / VIP Tour ticket BEFORE the tour. On arrival at the Foyer please visit the Allianz Arena Shop to exchange your gift voucher for the requested number of tickets.

The gift vouchers will be sent according to normal European posting standards and will arrive within 5 working days.
