The Arena One GmbH Visitor Management team has conceived a special 75-minute Disabled Tour, guiding wheelchair users from level to level using the stadium's elevator system, allowing you to experience the Allianz Arena from a variety of perspectives.
The Tour was specifically inspected and tested by Uli Hoffmann, chairman of Rollwagerl e.V. Wheelchair Users' fan club, and was duly pronounced 'very good'. Please note that certain areas may be out of bounds for safety or operational reasons.
Tour highlights:
- Tour itinerary adapted for wheelchair users and mobility impaired persons
- Itinerary includes the lower tier, disabled seats, Business Club*, the Promenade/facade, Media Club/press conference room, the dressing rooms, players' tunnel and Mixed Zone

Prices for pre-booked groups (up to 12 wheelchair users per group):
- Group of up to 20 persons: flat fee €180
- Wheelchair user/mobility impaired: €10
- Wheelchair user/mobility impaired plus one accompanying person: €15

We operate tours for individual visitors every Sunday at 2 pm. However, you must reserve in advance by phone. Please call +49 (0)89 3509 48350 on Monday - Friday from 8.30 am to 6 pm.

Hacker Pschorr Fantreff on Level 3, easily accessed via the elevator marked "Lift FC Bayern Erlebniswelt/ Arena Touren" adjacent to Stairway L.
